Awesome promo video!

LA GARIBALDINA from Pindaro on Vimeo.

First seen at prolly (http://prollyisnotprobably.com/)

Soundtrack is Ennio Morricone's "The Ecstasy of Gold". Soundtrack was originally from the film "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" which stars Clint Eastwood. Metallica did a cover as tribute (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z57hyZmbE8A).

Can't get any more OG than that!

These videos are hilarious! There are more out there but the ones posted below are my favorites.

I still don't know who these guys are, but they're killin' it!

Father - Daughter Bonding

I'm not fan of heavy metal music, but this video rocks (sticks tongue out and headbangs at the same time, if that's possible)!

Here at Hessian Hobbies we had a tough question to answer. "What do Metal Dads do when their kids are bored?" Answer! "THEY CRAFT!"
Song: "Summoning Lupine" by Leviathan, released on Moribund Records

Stop Motion

I always wanted to create a stop motion video. I always wanted an Olympus Pen.

I want a lot of stuff!

Here's another one, a video that inspired the creators of the video above.

Near Miss?

I was doing my daily browsing of micro blogs and found this video about a big ass Asteroid hitting the Earth.

After an hour, I read a news feed from a local TV station about an Asteroid that missed the Earth by 61 lunar miles (http://www.twitlonger.com/show/32qhgq). I can't imagine the distance though.

Apparently, there are more: http://neo.jpl.nasa.gov/ca/

Near hit?

Manila Design Week

Yes, it's all over the net. Well, it's not really that mainstream but I feel like it is. Maybe it's the "social network" I'm in (or I'm interested in). Manila Design Week kicked off last Saturday, with Wall Lords and Graphika Manila. More here: http://www.maniladesignweek.com/

Here's the TV commercial for it:

Viewing photos of the activities the past days, I think I'm not ready for these types of events. Good thing I have a friend who is an artist. I dropped by his studio last Monday to check it out and catch up. Big plans! It's time to get these wheels rolling..

Velo Videos

A video I found around three years ago, when UrbanVelo was still new. I always wondered what it's like to create a video like this, simple but awesome!

Since I'm posting videos that get me excited, palms sweating and all - itching to go out and ride, here's another one:

Oomph

PUSH PULL from Landis Fields on Vimeo.

Sometimes you just want to go out and test your limit. This video reminds me of my hard training days. Well, it's been a while since I trained hard. Inspiring.

When I ride my bike, I think about nothing and everything.

New Ride

After four months of planning (and saving), it's finally done!

I have been riding this bike for the past couple of weekends now (~70kms). It's a different beast. I still have to get used to the brakeless and coast-less feel of it. You coast, you die. Not really, you just get bumped of the saddle a bit - like a mechanical bull. This is bike # 4. I hope this is the last one...

In other news, I finally got to upload this:
